Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to rightsontime@lateralevents.com and must be accepted and confirmed in writing.
- Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made between 30 – 42 days prior to the event date will receive a 25% refund.
- Cancellations made between 43 – 60 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made over 61 days before the event will receive a 90% refund.
Refunds must be processed via the same method originally used to pay.
Tickets can be transferred to a friend or colleague. These details must be sent via email by MON 3 MAY to rightsontime@lateralevents.com and must be accepted and confirmed in writing by us.
Insurance
It is your responsibility to obtain your own insurance to cover medical travel and registration expenses, etc.
