Accessibility
We’re committed to making our all our sessions and events as accessible as possible. When you’re purchasing registrations for the conference or booking tickets for Rights On Time, please let us know if you have any specific access requirements and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
Plenary sessions will be recorded and shared on the Commission’s YouTube channel following the Conference.
Venue
- The Hyatt Regency is an accessible venue with all the necessary facilities and practices to accommodate guest’s accessibility requirements.
- Guests with registered assistance animals are welcome.
Sessions
- Live closed captioning and live Auslan interpretation will be provided for all plenary sessions and all concurrent sessions in the Grand Ballroom.
- Live captioning will be provided for concurrent sessions in breakout rooms.
- Relevant presentation content will be audio described.
- Hearing loops will be available in all relevant spaces
Events
